ASSESSMENT

1 hour functional movement and postural assessment includes evaluation of posture and movement to do a full analysis and provide you with a report that includes recommendations of exercises to start at home. 

FITNESS PROGRAMS

All exercise programs include one on one customized training sessions that include the Poindexter Coaching Fitness App with individualized programming for each day. The app includes calendar of workouts, tracking, videos and description on how to complete each exercise and messaging to help with ccountability, support and encouragement from coach when you need it most.

6 WEEK CORRECTIVE EXERCISE PROGRAM

  • All of the above to address the complications identified in the assessment and learning the exercises to balance the muscles in your body. It teaches you what you need to incorporate into your fitness program to rebalance the muscles in your body and build confidence in your mobility.

  • A benefit of this program is improved balance and coordination, stabilization, improved focus and minimize brain fog. Allows you to do the daily activities you’ve been missing out on!

12 WEEK BALANCE FITNESS PROGRAM

  • All of the above plus we begin phases of strength training to improve metabolism, body composition and build muscle.This program also includes nutrition guidance for weight management. Customized meal plans available for an additional fee.      

  • Benefits of this program are improving stabilization, builds strength leading to increased endurance and faster recovery.

VIP PROGRAM

  • All of the above plus elevated performance, building lean and defined muscle mass.

  • The benefit of this program is solidifying healthy lifestyle habits with accountability.
