At 29 years old, life changed dramatically after paralysis. The road to recovery included extensive physical therapy, rebuilding not only strength but also confidence in what my body could do again. But even after making significant progress, there was a desire for more—more strength, more mobility, and more motivation to keep improving.
That’s what led to seeking out a personal trainer.

As stability improved in the smaller, often-overlooked muscles, overall strength followed. Along the way came another meaningful milestone: body fat loss and consistent gains in strength and function month after month.
