I just finished my first 6-week training program with Kelli. I signed up curious about my neutral posture and ways to maintain it and also hoped to incorporate new injury prevention exercises into my already robust fitness routine. I got so much more out of the whole experience! My posture has improved, my whole body feels nimbler, I lost 5 pounds by using the trackers that came as part of the fitness app, and I feel strength in muscles that I never was paying much attention to, like the ones in the feet and ankles.

I signed up with Kelli because I was having problems with my hips and knees, and knew that I needed help. She is helping me with exercises to release and strengthen the knee and hips, and the surrounding muscles. She is also working with me in my eating habits and I’ve lost 27 lbs since January! I started working with Kelli in November 2021 hoping that she could help me meet my goal of doing 6, 100 mile bike rides to celebrate turning 60 in November 2022. I am one of Kelli Poindexter’s grateful clients! Kelli’s corrective and functional exercises and her patient coaching helped me get back to running, cycling and swimming pain free! When I started with Kelli, I needed to use my hands to get out of my desk chair, struggled with my balance, felt weak and ran down. After just 7 weeks following Kelli’s program, I could stand without assistance and climb up stairs without holding the handrail. My hip pain was gone and I had more stamina. I am staring down the barrel of 63 years old. After growing up as the youngest of seven kids, this fact is surreal to me. But my point is, over the past several years I let myself get weak and wobbly, with off and on spurts of fitness training.
